I purchased this app for my daughter and it says it wont sync as my software needs to be updated. I checked and it is updated. Not sure what the issue is.

I just bought this app for my daughters iPod touch 4th generation, running on iOS 6.1.5. According to the app description her device should run the app, but only the storybook part works at all, and even it crashes frequently. Anxiously awaiting an update to fix these issues!

What a sweet story.

Theres so much in this app! The fact that it comes with a whole animated storybook is worth the price alone, but the puppet stage is a huge bonus! We cant stop playing with all the animations!

My girls love playing with the puppet show portion. It allows them to record mermaids with animated tails and talking mouths! Wonderful.

Keeps crashing on both of my daughters iPods.

Every time my daughter tries to play the app it crashes. Pretty disappointed I paid $4.99 for something that has never worked.

Crashes on multiple ipods and iphones

Repeatedly crashes on story menu option on 2 iPod gen 4. Please fix we paid for this!!!

My 5 yr old was so excited when she found this until it was installed. It crashes every time she tries to use it. A waste of her $4.99!!!!!!!

My Daughter loves Ariel and Sofia, so this was the perfect app for her. The artwork is really beautiful and the puppet activity is tons of fun. Its amazing how the puppets mouths move when you talk while pressing them.

The kids love this app. Its so cute and well put together. A very happy customer :)

My little girl (3.5 yrs old) loves this app! She can create her own stories, which are hilarious and can listen to pre-made stories as well. Its fun for the whole family. The only thing keeping my review from 5 stars is that I wish there were a few more story options but overall its a great app! We have not experienced the app crashing as some other report.. I think it depends on the device being used. I would definitely recommend this app

App continues to crash on my daughters iPod. Save your money.

This is a great idea but the game keeps crashing on my 4s.

This app is amazing for Disney Junior fans or Sofia The First fans! The kids can make their own movie and the characters mouths move as the kids speak! The characters also move their legs or tails when you move them!

My daughter loves Sofia but the app truly does crash all of the time . Hopefully they can fix it because it had great potential.
